Anne Christina Keller Dubach and Hans Peter Wehrli elected to the Board of Directors – Distribution of a dividend of CHF 10 per share

The Annual General Meeting of Datacolor AG held on January 10, 2012 in Lucerne adopted the proposals of the Board of Directors. Anne Christina Keller Dubach (new) and Prof. Dr. Hans Peter Wehrli (previous) were each elected to the Board of Directors for a term of three years. KPMG AG, Root/Lucerne, was confirmed as statutory auditor. The distribution of a dividend of CHF 10 per share was also approved.

Datacolor is well positioned, on the basis of new, innovative products and selected acquisitions, to achieve its demanding growth and return targets over the medium term. In the current 2011/12 financial year, Datacolor also aims to strengthen its market position in the present highly challenging global economic and geopolitical environment.
